Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of Farseer Agency's website and services. By using the site, calling or texting our AI phone agent, or buying a plan, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or services.

Our services

We set up and run AI automation for businesses: booking websites, AI phone agents that answer calls and book appointments, missed-call text back, website chat and lead follow-up. What's included in each plan is listed on our pricing and service pages.

AI phone agents and automations can make mistakes. They follow the information and instructions you give us, so please keep them up to date and check bookings and messages that matter to your business.

Billing and subscriptions

Plans have a one-time setup fee and a monthly price, both shown on our pricing page. The setup fee is charged once, up front, together with your first month.

Month to month, cancel with 30 days' notice. Monthly fees are billed in advance and are not prorated. After your 30 days' notice, service ends at the close of that billing period.

Phone plans include about 100 handled calls a month. Handled calls over your plan's allowance are $2 each and are billed on your next invoice.

Text messages and calls

When you call our AI phone agent, or give us your phone number and ask us to contact you, you agree that we may call or text you about your request, such as booking details, confirmations, reminders and replies. These are not marketing messages, and agreeing is not a condition of buying anything.

Our AI phone agent says it's an AI at the start of each call, and calls may be recorded.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any text to opt out, and we will send no more texts except one confirming you've opted out. Reply HELP for help, or email farseeragency@gmail.com.

Acceptable use

Please don't use our site or services to break the law, send spam or unwanted calls or texts, mislead or harass anyone, collect other people's information without their permission, or try to hack, overload or copy our systems.

If you run our tools for your business, you are responsible for having your customers' permission to call or text them, and for the information you give the AI agent. We may pause or end service if it is used in a way that breaks these terms.

Disclaimers

We work hard to keep everything running, but the site and services are provided "as is" and "as available". We can't promise they will always be error-free or uninterrupted, or that they will bring a particular number of calls, bookings or sales. Sample calls and reports on this site are scripted examples.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Farseer Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental or lost-profit damages, such as a missed call, a missed booking or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site or services after a change, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
